i dunno kenny, you should see some of the reports we get copied on!! Could do with at least one person on a crew who could read and write. 😆 I sometimes get "paint by numbers" back.

You’ve been in business since october last year – have you thought of going for the IMCA membership, subsea uk, achilles, fpal, vat registration? I notice you’ve got IMCA documents for download and that you support the IMCA standard- specs for rov crew but are you a member? Are you setting up on your own after leaving another agency?
I know with groups like talisman, it’s a pre-requisite for winninng contracts and pretty much the only reason I parted with the 700 squid per annum (tax deductable!!). In addition, there are quality bodies who are approved for setting up contracts. I guess it’s far too early to run for an ISO 9001:2001?
If you are going to throw your company documents online – have you thought of your liability insurance policies, standard terms and conditions also your policies on NICS and taxation position. Do you employ people as per tax rules or are they self-employed? I notice you require national insurance number.
Incidentally, not a bad site- but it’s the fine details. People here are by nature cautious.
