If you can predict the price of oil in the next 2 – 3 yrs. Let me know…

Seriously tho’, the pay rates should go up anywhere from 9 – 12% per year (I said SHOULD, management – type people). See the ROV Rates page and Operator requirements page and the Agency requirements page in this website / forum for more info.
