Its all about the company travel agent if you dont like the flights tell your cordinator to get them changed they buy the cheapest under the instruction of the company and if the Contractor or Employee wants different you have to ask for it i get many itinary’s through which gives lay over’s of 9 hours in an Airport etc or early flight like 6.30am when need to leave early to catch it when i check online for different flights i can find available so tell the company or agent make the flights better they know what it means.
They get changed remember if you dont like the Airline or the flights stay at home until they change them or change the company.
You have a choice also if you are working for OI tell them in Dubai remember you must give them something to work with tell them the flights you want.
There is poss an increase in the cost but this is accounted for and is not normally a problem i have travelled First Class and get loads of Business class tickets. Also Premium economy but generally economy. although i still ask for good airlines to travel on or i stay at home.
It does not matter what your position is tell them what you want if there is a better option tell them thats what you want.
