Does anyone know if the ETA business visa is the same visa as the 456 paper visa for entering Ausralia.

Look forward to your replies. Cheers

The 456 Visa is supposed to be for the countries not able to apply ETA.
But all can apply 456 Visa.

ETA Visa only allows Short-term work is only permitted in strictly limited circumstances.

Where as the 456 be allowed to engage in limited work, if for example it is highly specialised and non-ongoing.

The 456 and 977 are the Same.

You can use the Aussie Embassy courier service pick up in Angeles and drop of for 320 Peso the Visa is free for EU passport holders if you wanted to go the 456 way.

If you apply ETA you need to use an Agent to apply like Visa agent or Travel agent etc Airline.

If you decide the ETA it would be best to check with your Agents client in Aus.

    .

Some or the wording in the sections are different but the Visa’s are the Same Short Stay Business Visa some just are not allowed the ETA or can not apply due to the forms questions on the ETA then they need to apply the 456.

Many of the Embassy do this service now here in the Philippines the cost will be approx the same the price of 320 PHP was for Angeles though.
The courier is part of the application process if you go through the Details on the 456 how to apply when you come to the end it then gives you the option one is to use the courier if you dont wish to go yourself to Manila.
