Screw By Agency (Modis & Von Essen)

Hello Everyone

I’m the guy at Modis that placed the gentleman who posted that misleading comment that does not hold an ounce of truth.

Tan Beng. Did you forget to mention that you were taken off the vessel for hitting somone onboard the vessel because you have a attitude problem. Did you also forget to mention that despite your dispiccable attitude towards me and other members of staff within Modis and Von Essen we have released your payment over a week ago even though we probably will never see any money back from the client to whose ROV you have caused irepairable damage to and left them at the brink of losing their contract.

Any agency or employer who becomes impressed with your CV should steer well clear of you as you will bring them nothing but grief. From what I hear this is not the first time you were taken off a vessel for your violent and fiery attitude.

Modis International is a credible agency with over 30 years experience and have over 2000 contractors running at this moment in time in several areas of business so it is not us that people should steer clear from Tan Chong Beng but you.

I distinctly remeber you saying that the food was good onboard served 3 time a day but you only attended meal time once because you preferred to sleep. The truth of the matter is Tan that you could not do the job you were sent out to do, when taken to task you decided to hit someone. With regards to hygiene onboard I have spoken to other people who have been onboard and they all say the standards are fine.

Also please clarify the incident when you hit someone else on a previous occassion and was taken off the vessel. I believe it was the dive superintendant. This is not something I was aware of before otherwise we would never be having this conversation right now.

I’m Zak’s Manager, and I’d like to make a point too. If any of you decide to use Zak as a consultant to find work, I doubt you will find anyone more upfront, honest and dedicated to you as professionals. I’m sure some of you can already bear testament to his qualities as a professional having been placed with him in the past.

The fact is this – [Name removed], you were removed from the boat and did not leave of your own accord because of violent and dangerous conduct when questioned about your capabilities. You have been nothing but aggressive and offensive both to and about Von Essen, Zak and other members of Modis who have done nothing but try to help you. I think the offensive and abusive email you sent to our payroll department which I had to deal with as a result is a good reflection of the way you operate and defy any standard of even remote professionalism.
Furthermore, you have been paid and you are aware of this but international transfer of funds is out of our control at certain points, and lies with your bank after it has been released yet we are happy to help resolve these problems as we have done in this case.

That said I’m sure your "growing" reputation will serve you accordingly over the coming years.

It is also a great platform to defend false claims and heinuous accusations against legitimate and credible organisations.
