I had to laugh when i heard about offsigning Chief Secretary to the Treasury Liam Byrne’s handover note to the onsigning David Laws, ‘Dear Chief Secretary, I’m afraid to tell you there is no money. Kind regards and good luck!’
Reminded me on recieving a set of handover notes which went into great detail at great length about the delights of Subic Bay by day and by night!
A sentence at the end went along the lines of "aye and the subs ok."
As the vehicle was in tip top condition, best set of handover notes ever! 😀
