Yes, I’m dealing with suction piles, and also normal piles.
The weight for the suction pile is approximately 12,5 tons (dry weight), with outer diameter of 3,5m; length 5 m; and wall thickness 0,025m.
The normal pile is actually a torpedo anchor, which is buried under the seabed (30m under the seabed). The piles will be app. 80 tons (dry weight) with pile diameter of 1,2m and length of 13m.
Any ideas that I can use water jet system to loosen up the soils around the piles so it can be easily pulled out?
