HI all, i was wondering if anyone has worked or heard of TMT in Australia. I am trying to find out a bit about them. Any information welcome. Are they a good company to work for, good reputation, good standards etc

The last time TMT contacted me the pay was only 600 $ USD this was for a P/T post on a job in Sakhalin with there Nomad ROV built into the Songa Mercur rig .

This is a very silly rate to offer , Need less to say I said No and went to work for Dof Subsea and got $840 as a Supervisor . But I am sure someone accepted it .

Someone told me the other day that Mermaid had bought TMT not sure if it was true or not .

    Cheers

A major Share holder in TMT is Sarku Malaysia.

And Sarku was not paying its divers recently on time all though nothing to do with TMT.

And Sarku also pays TMT late when on Sarku Contracts. Although from my understanding TMT Pays on time. Rates would vary but 700 USD
for S Pilot Tech would be possible or close too that.

TMT are owned by the Sapura Group via SapuraCrest Petroleum – http://www.sapuracrest.com.my/

The Marine Services Division includes TMT and Sarku.
TMT work with Sarku on a variety of jobs where Sarku are the diving contractor and TMT are the ROV contractor.

TMT recently aquired TXLR06 and mobilised onto the Essar Wildcat semisub where it will be supporting a well completions program for Conoco Philips Indonesia.

I am looking for ROV crew to man it and other systems we have in the SEA region so, if you are interested in a position or, would like to know more send me a PM.

TMT do not pay their accounts and avoid all calls made to their accounts department. We have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional as them. All signs point to a company in a lot of debt. 👿
