Many experienced people will run with referrals/word of mouth job info from guys they are working with. A lot of job leads are picked up offshore in this way.
Of course as a ROV Tech I would constantly check ROVworld as I feel it’s a great source of job information 😉 🙂
On a more serious note, there are often some decent jobs posted on ROVworld and I do know of quite a few people that have picked up work and agencies having filled slots through this free resource.
