Hello all, I’m pretty new to the board, one of my colleagues was a long standing member but he left our company and I now have the pleasure of looking after all his accounts! 😡

I am a recruiter, I have been so for many years now, I usually focus on the HSE sectors for many oil & gas firms but I have just been chucked in at the deepend with the ROV and Party Chief side.

I have 3 world leading clients who on a daily basis need me to source for them so I really need to build up my network so hence coming here to introduce myself.

If you are an ROV professional or Party Chief or even a HSE Expert then please get in touch if you want new contracts, a new permanent position or a client looking for decent candidates.

Please email me stating what you are looking for, I dont mean to be rude but I cant help you if you want advice on getting into these areas, I’m a recruiter, not a career coach 😉

My email is in my signature so fee free to get in touch.

    Cheers

    Hi Paul

    Thanks for the intro.

Your post on requirements in other opportunities was fine. It has been locked by admin as that is the procedure on here. It stops inane comments being posted by way of replies.

    Hi Paul,

    welcome to the board.

You will see many, many, agencies posting job adverts on here. If you are able to state what rate is being offered, that would be a vast improvement, as many do not post what the rate is, it would also be useful to your Clients when they offer poor rates for you to be able to "educate" them in the fact that they are getting no people because they are not offering enough!

Rates for ROV personnel have been very poor compared to other sectors of oil and gas. Business is booming right now and with a relatively small group of people available for work, basically whoever pays the most will get the work.

    regards, Ray
