I am fairly new to the ROV thing but I have not heard of the agency way of hiring out in the Gulf . Not saying it is not done , just have not heard of anyone doing it that way . Does the USA do this ???? It seems to be discussed alot hear but I do not know much about it……….. Garve ❓
