How much work have you done reading articles on the Internet? If you were an ROV Manager I would hope you would already know a bit about the industry. Please read through the FAQ section (link over on the left of your screen) and read through all the posts in the Rookie section here on the website as the same questions have been asked over and over again.
When you have done this, please come back with any SPECIFIC questions you have. Just asking how you get a job in ROVs, the answer is simple, apply for a job with an ROV company and then either get it or don’t! This is too vague a question to answer.
