Most interviews go through your CV to see if you actually know what is in it or have you just made it up. This may mean they give you an electrical circuit diagram and ask you questions about it or to explain it, for example.
You are not likely to be asked to show any skills in the area of ROVs as you are starting as a Trainee, you may be asked what you know about Fugro, I would suggest reading up on Fugro India, what they do, what contracts they have etc.
As with most large worldwide companies, each region has their own division or group, though there will be company wide rules and goals, each individual company runs their business their own way so it is impossible to say that everyone will do things the same way throughout the world.
