Well had this line in a few job adds this week

Saipem will be willing to consider organising Norwegian certificates for suitable candidates who do not yet have these in place. To be reviewed on a case by case basis.

While working in Norway the food is slightly better apparently.!!!!!.

Buts its the worse place I have ever been.
