Right, looking for trainees.
You will not be required to fly an ROV in this particular series of workscopes, but you will be operating one of our AUVs which is under constant eyeball with an ROV (for the time being). You will be trained on our equipment prior to the operational phase, but there will also be opportunities for on-site learning.
Typical duties will include, housekeeping, general planned and repair maintenance, tether handling and some computer-based skills.
Given this, we are only considering trainee applicants who are based in the Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire/Moray area with own transport and drivers licence.
We are operating on platforms at the moment and will require that you have completed at least 1 trips on a UK offshore installation, so that you have at least a working understanding of offshore life, the working environment, a permit to work and a toolbox talk. We will require a reference.
Requirements;
HND in Electronic engineering.
BOSIET, OGUK-Medical, MIST.
