Judging by the posts on oilbeefhooked.co.uk not that much is expected from the Sclub management!!time will tell!

last year was a 7.5% and was mentioned that this year might be a good one to keep up with the current market. So will wait and see, you never know.

This years payrise. i have looked again and it is actually 15.5%.

It worked out as nearly 21% on my salary and 11% on my dayrate.

There is also new payments for working holidays and for overseas travel which makes it an atractive package.

so what does that work out at now for a supervisor? I don’t think day-rates have increased by anything like as much as that. I was with Sclub two months ago, and to be honest, there seemed like little point in being day-rate even then.

dayrate works out about £360 – £370 for a senior supervisor + pension, healthcare etc.

Worked out just over 15% so happy with that. Also double pay for holiday and travel days count towards your 170 day contract.
Yup im happy……never say no to more though 🙂

I am a trainee with SS7, I got a letter this morning and after all the hype I’ve read on this site and oilbeefhooked about this much and that much I had to laugh……my rise was a tenner a day + double day for bank holidays.

Anyway, can any of you kind? people tell me (without taking the piss)what they were paying pre and post rise for PT.

I’ve never officially been told the pay or grade structure so any feedback appreciated.

Consider yourself bloody lucky 🙂
Keep on learning . Ask for a payrise after three years.
As you said , You are a Trainee , not a pilot.
If you are Fantastically good , they will offer you more money anyway because you have potential and they want to keep you.

Thankyou for your reply though you seem to lack the information I was looking for.
I never asked for a pay rise, I am only trying to find out what the difference was between my grade and the next……

By the way I am lucky…. I always have been.
