Hi
Does anyone know what the agencies,such as UKPS,Subservpro etc
are paying these days for Supervisors,SubEng,Pilot/techs?.
Was thinking about giving them a go again…

Ive been working for a couple of companies direct on a regular
basis,and thought Id give the agencies a go.But it seems from what
they were offering it was less than what you would get working direct
for a company?.In most other professions if you work for an agency you get paid a huge amount,as it is not full time,and you dont get all the other perks full timers get,such as paid time off.I was just wondering.

Yes, you’re correct 100%. The should be paying more… A lot more….

less overheads for the company going direct. I.E. no agent fees
so more in your pocket.
If your working day rate direct just ask what you want like at the agency.

Australian dayrate for Sub Eng-1000AUD per day.
Agency dayrate for Sub Eng-700USD per day
Direct dayrate for company-700USD per day.
Does this sound good……….
Australian Unions soon to increase Ozzie dayrate to approx 1500AUD.
Time something happened elsewhere I think…

Sounds good Brigs, but once again… the variables: experience / years in, location, etc. You decide what you’re worth.
