He is a good guy – but I imagine gets so many emails every day that he has to bin most of them as he would never have time to answer them all.

I have had no direct involvement with Andy but i can tell you that he is one of the few that has diligently looked after his guys whilst he was in the seat. No one can last in Ops forever I know that from personal experience. I like to think that I tried to do the same as Andy when i was in a similar seat.

I thought that Les Whitford took over but maybe my info is incorrect.
