Hey dears

whould you guide me how is the voltage measuring of Cathodic Protection system with ROV for seabed pipeline?
already I’ve done some search but I couldn’t find any detail about the mechanism & technology of reference electrode and Rust reader Gun.
I mean , what is the electrode reference measuring & How?
