Yes they are getting desperate as you only have to look at the agencies all searching for the same personnel . " Urgent ! " " Urgent " SMD , Perry and Seaeye Supervisors " Its a pity that very few dont put down the rates there paying .
All the main line companys seem to the worse hit like Fugro ME still paying rates 4-5 years out of date but there not the only ones , It would save every body allot of time if they posted what there paying .
Instead you send all your documents and cv only to find out that there only paying $625 USD for Supervisors and they wonder why they cant find any body !
