* Check your contacts, you can see which of your iPhone contacts is already on Viber.
Basically, if you have wi-fi or 3g access and your friends have the Viber app installed with similar on-line access you call each other using your iPhones (locally or internationally) and chat using VOIP for next to nothing (for whatever your data plan charges). So this is one way of skipping those international roaming mobile call charges.
