Lay techs day rate

Could any lay techs tell me the day rate in oil & gas, I am normally cable but just been offered a job GBP 300 which seems a bit low as in cablework it is a fair bit higher

300 GBP must be for Global Marine they were paying some low day rates in Wind Farm work.

Rate more suitable would be 375 GBP plus even higher depending on Company.

I dont think its global marine as the job is out GOM pipe laying

By the time you changed you cash 300 GBP it would be around 425 US not worth a lot of bother really few San Mig Lights maybe.

If you have a Visa for the GOM i am sure you could get a better rate.
