PERRY SLINGSBY SYSTEMS SECURES ROV DEALS WORTH
    30GBP MILLION

    Company News – September 19, 2007

Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS), part of the Triton Group, has been awarded a series of contracts to supply ROVs worth in excess of £30 million.

Orders have been received for a total of 17 ROV systems for both new and existing international clients including Canyon Offshore, Oceanteam, Technip and Geoconsult.

The announcement comes just a week after Triton Group company, Sub-Atlantic, a market leader in the design and manufacture of electric ROVs, revealed orders of up to £7 million so far this year.

PSS was acquired by Aberdeen-based Triton Group Holdings earlier this year. Triton Group aims to create a group of companies focused on providing state-of-the-art remote intervention and control technologies and services.

The Group’s chief executive officer Martin Anderson said: “Once again PSS has demonstrated its ability to develop and deliver innovative and practical solutions which exceed client requirements and expectations. This new batch of orders validates our decision to invest in PSS and further strengthens the base from which we can invest further in our growth plans."

“These orders have been made possible through the dedication of the staff and the innovative technologies they have developed in recent years. As always, we value the loyalty of repeat customers and welcome the faith placed in us by our new customers.”
