    Team Recruitment (Aberdeen) Ltd are currently seeking an experienced OFfshore Recruitment Specialist to head up a new subsea division in their Aberdeen Office.

    The ORS will be responsible for all elements of offshore subsea recruitment, including travel, visas etc, with the exception of trades disciplines.

    You should be fully adverce with IMCA competency standards, Offshore medical and survival requirements and have a good understanding of visa application processes.

    You will have a proven ability in offshore subsea recruitment with a well respected reputation in the industry with both clients and candidates alike.

    Main roles and responsibilities:

    • Ability to identify candidates for requirements and also to successfully qualify these candidates, ensuring that all personnel have required certification, work permits and visas
    Regular liaison with Clients and Contractors to maximise contract stability and to identify development opportunities.
    • Ensure effective management of Candidates
    • Ensure effective maintenance of candidate and client database in accordance with Company policies and as defined in the Quality Manual and Operating Procedures.
    • Ensure ongoing liaison/networking with Candidates and key Client contracts to solicit details of new candidates to supplement the database in core skills areas.
    • Assist with day to day account management duties with key clients, build relationship with key contracts and where necessary specific managers
    • To assimilate Tax data from countries where proposals are to be submitted and ensure compliance.
    • To assimilate Labour Law and visa regulations from countries where proposals are to be submitted and ensure compliance.
    • To ensure that candidates selected for international assignments are mobilised in a timely manner and that all visa and flight arrangements are effectively processed.
    • To keep updated on UK government legislation regarding working time regulations etc and ensuring compliance with assigning contractors via PAYE and Ltd companies. Ensure that any updates are advised and agreed with the Operations Supervisor prior to implementing any changes.
    • Ability to mobilize candidates with limited assistance.
    • Process visa and work permit applications for ad-hoc.
    • Demonstrate consistent performance in achieving targets.
    • Collate timesheets and expense forms to pass onto Payroll Dept.
    • Maintain accurate records.
    • Manage incoming CV’s to applicants’ certification.
    • Manage, review, and respond to online applicants.
    • Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct
