PMS 1 Vessel Egypt

Hello

Can anyone give any information on this Vessel in EGYPT

PMS1 Vessel it has the Sealion 40 on board

Just wondering why there is always slots on there?

PMS 1 is a big chinese built anchor handler. Formerly the Boa hercules or the Boa Giant. Somewhere in the region of 5-6 years old at most. Norwegian crew in the main. Run by PMS in egypt some sort of a tie in with Dof. Nice vessel no problems. Rov comes on and off as required doing field support. Manned up at the minute for a supposed couple of months work.
Fugro are crazy busy hence lots of slots.

the PMS1 quadruples up as an Anchor handler, accomodation, general stby and adhoc subsea intervention vessel and because of this a permanent crew cannot be tied down during other activities

This not a fugro doing its the client 😈

The accomodation is quite nice on there though and as it is in Egypt you can probably guaruntee to loose some weight,

The Hunter is heading back down there for 4 months real soon, will be doing Drill and complete as well, not just boring Drill Support.

The good thing about Libya was, it made Egypt look good (didnt think that was possible!)

I would consider the hunter the moment it starts calling itself a ship and qualifying for tax days lol.
