Do you think the guy who serves Big Macs in Oslo, Norway is paid the same hourly rate as the guy who serves Big Macs in downtown Mumbai, India?
Course not. Different rates will always be paid in different parts of the world to different people.
If you dont like the rate you are offered – don’t take it.
