Hi. which one of these offshore survival training courses is better when you want to enter "the business"?
Or is there any other survival course better than these?
    Thanks

😈 If you do the course in Malaysia which is OPITO/OLF recognized you get both certificates.
They are really good, have a good setup and the course is well run.

There are numerous courses but the BOSIET and COET (OLF recognised) are the main one’s for oil & gas work. If you’re just working off a vessel then the STCW95 certification comes into play.

Don’t forget the medical certification too, either UKOOA and OLF for oil & gas or ENG1 for vessel work.

I have the lot as it makes one more employable which answers your initial question. Take a look through the links to find reputable venues, prices vary wildly.
