    Hi all,

    Training with deepbluespark and also looking for a start. Got Electrical Licence (A Class). Also Electronics experience as Tech. Another Two yrs as Supervising Tech.
    Got the required tickets Bosiet, UKOOA, Swagelok, and completed the High Vol and Electro Hydraulic Training.
    Currently doing ROVT course.
    Looking for a start as soon as the course is over, i cant wait to get off shore and into an ROV.
    Ill be available from July 1st, anyone interested let me know and ill get my CV to you.

    I’d thought somone with your background would of had a bite by now scoots, no one’s interested in an ex-sparky then eh, with plenty of experience like yourself…

    Yeh deepblue not too many bites so far. One company forwarded application another couple sounded keen but said just taken on new guys so no luck there. Will keep on emailing and ringing if ya keen enough a door gotta open sooner or later. Currently in Thailand so hopefully something positive before the funds run out!!!!!!!

    Hmmmm… Is the market going to saturation levels???????

    Still, there’s plenty of work out there!

    yeh scotbeeve quite possible that saturation levels for trainees have been achieved. Seems plenty of work out there for experienced guys but some companies inform me getting inundated with trainee applicants. Only one guy from my training course got a start so far.
