Some changes have been suggested by an ROV/RMT member. They are in relation to a paid training allowance on top of the agreed day rate.
For those with access to the RMT board please comment accordingly.
For those of you who don’t have access – Why not join the RMT, gain access to the board, and provide some input into an agreement that will match the current Diving Industry agreement for terms and condition all bar say… day rates and sat bonus 🙂
Oh yeah.. as asked elsewhere in this forum and as we are nearing the season of festive spirit, Christmas/holiday pay is part of the agreement and is not paid at the whim of the company you happen to be working for.
