Drop the names please.
If you wish to pass names around do so by PM or email behind the scenes.
Why?
When individual names are pulled out of a hat (like above) the discussion can eventually get out of hand and step over the mark on the privacy front. It’s also not on to be talking about people in the third person when they have no way of knowing that their name is being used on a public forum.
For this reason part of the Forum guidelines prohibits discussing individuals by name in the third party. This is to protect the right of the individual and also protect those discussing that person.
By all means discuss companies and even positions within those companies
Example:
Not acceptable:
Fred Smith at ABC ROV company has moved to DEF ROV company
Acceptable:
The ROV ops manager at ABC ROV company has moved to DEF ROV company
