    Ooh, TAX FREE and send salary expectations!

    Maybe concentrate on the "referances" to realise the numpties who will be negotiating your day rate and making a margin.

    What is it with the question mark? Are they required or aren’t they.

    Mmmm, maybe give it a wide berth and stick with a well known agency. If they are bad at placing an ad, think what it will be like when it comes to calculating your pay!
