Right now I work for a company in Europe, they have just been taking 2 new guys on, never been on a ROV course, look like the company want to teach them, or maybe they don’t want to take a brand new pilot tech 1-2-3 or whatever they give them when they have been on a ROV course. 🙂 Both are ET guys.
And please dont ask what company or if you can join, i am only here for a few weeks, me think
On the job training has been successful and been around since day dot. You’ll find that the people taking you on (should) be taking the extra time to teach you and train you THEIR way.
