Heard nothing back from my pm but unless you can work on both of these systems at component level your going have to in hire a Tec who knows both Hyball and SeaRover .
Searching the web there are still people running these system so I wonder why you dont contact them .
But there is no Fast Cheap way to get both of these systems up and running you must face the facts both are very old and I bet you bought them second hand so I think both are past the sell by date !
If I was you look for someone who is selling a old Not Working Hyball or SeaRover on Deep Search just make sure the bits you need are ok that way you can make a working vehicle or better still Sell both of your systems on Deep Search for spares and buy a Seaeye Falcon but what ever way you look at it your going to have to spend money .
