If it is for real then good luck to you Arman but I would not hold out to much hope.
Reading and writing good English is as important as speaking it and from your posting I would say your English writing skills are fairly poor. That is not being nasty just honest.
Also 90% of the information you need to get you on the track is already on the site. Take a day to sit and trawl through it.
For a new starter the best ROV company is the one that will employ you regardless of best day rates etc. Once you are in the industry you can move between companies but getting a foot in the door is the hard bit.
