    I managed to get my cv on a managers desk last week, who said HR will be contacting me when the times right, nothing guaranteed but fingers crossed on a start anyway. I’m just wondering when companys normally take on trainee’s, or does it just depend how busy the companys are etc?

    I think he meant ROV. There is sometimes a pattern to when companies recruit; i.e. graduates but I don’t think it applies to ROV

    There is no pattern. ROV is global. Global requirements differ based on local activity/ seasonal weather conditions.
