What a job first dive the pod flooded, apparently some bulheads were changed a few days before i came on board,

i cannot get rid of this error,
Fatal error PCL722 Digital I/O card (1) no detected
i have resest all the pcbs, changed out old with new with what we have, i have tried the board in different slots and even changed the 9505 board, but still get the same result, sometimes its (1) or sometimes its (0), which suggestes its something to do with the corresponding rippons, i have changed say rippon 5 with rippons 0 but still get the same error.
Is the next step to replace the Motherboard? Will the pcb 722 work in any slot, or does it have a specific designation.
any input would be greatly appreciated 🙁
