Just did my FOET & OLF refresher at RGIT Montrose. The requirement is now only 2 days as opposed to 3 days last time I did it. Validity is still 4 years.
The new gadget on the block is a a combined lifejacket/air pocket product called a LAPP, actually makes life easier when you have to repack your EBA for the 10th time after completing another one of the endless series of HUET excersices.
