Can anyone tell me whats the going day rate for a T pilot with two trips and 50 hrs flying.I do have my own set limits which I believe is not too high or too low(given my inexperience). I’m trying to find a happy balance that does not p*** off fellow collegues or price myself out of a job?

What did you earn for your first two trips then?

Which sector you want to know?

Those are daily rates for a P/T, but with two trips and 50hrs fly he is still a Trainee.

Yes I’m still a trainee. I was on between 200-250 on my trips in the UK sector. Being new to the industry, please understand that I need to get my foot on the ladder and prove I’m able to do the job. I have got stick from my supervisors for working for that rate and I totaly understand where they’re coming from. I haven’t the luxury of working for a company which can provide me with regular work, so I have to take whatever i get untill then. When I do get offered work, you get the feeling your being taken advantaged of by agencies, hench my orinional question.
    Thanks for the replys. 🙂
