am staying agency – nae benefit goin direct

I got declined, they are only recruiting butchers and bakers and candlestick makers.
And I cant bake, carve meat or make candles!!!

Not in line with other offers I received for the same position.
Other companies are paying better rates.

i spoke to the fella in charge of who their taking on for trainees, he said they’re more focused on getting in supers and pilot techs before picking trainees and that he kept getting delayed in going through CVs with crew changes, looking after their vessels etc.

so i would just stay tight and be a bit more patient

Thanks for the heads up guys. I also applied for the position. Am I right in believing that there are six trainee positions up for grabs?

Nothing worse than wanting something real bad and not hearing a peep! Early days though I guess 🙂
