Bob Wernli and I are proud to announce the release of the second edition of The ROV Manual (published again through Elsevier).

We heard your comments on the first edition and therefore substantially expanded this text to include many of the common subjects through to Work Class.

It is due for release in October through most major book retailers (Amazon, B&N, etc.).

Comments and reviews are welcome.
