Just heard that the morale on the ops side of the ROV department has hit rock bottom and about 4 have either resigned already or in the process of. This maybe a case of Chinese Whispers so if anyone is the know can they shed some light on this. There are a few vacancies on the t&e side, is this worth a punt or do they have the same morale problems?

Maybe there are currently issues but all big companies go through this. It is often due to poor planning on the part of company management. Eventually the wrongs are righted (in a firefighting kind of fashion) and life carries on.
