Very brave of you Rob to mention its Flexjet, the fact that most people like me leave it off thier CV and get cold shivers when anybody mentions its name!! I doubt its improved signif but good luck to anyone who gives it a go and good luck getting anybody too!!!

Is this with Tecnip or Sonsub? And just how good are the rates?

I worked the Technip flexjet in the past, Technip guys were pleasant and most qualified (all had good attitudes / work ethic). Would return at any time but I second the request for info due to contrary info about the Sonsub vehicle named ???? gator???

I can’t say for sure, but swung past Sonsub base last week and it was a hive of activity on their Flexjet. I was told it was going out in June!!
Its a completely different kettle of fish from Technips. It has an up graded Italian designed control system. And has been getting refurbished in the Sonsub workshop for ages.

I think it’s the Technip one thats going out on the Skandi Inspector 20th June.
So the Technip Flexjet is a better system than Sonsubs eh?
All the agencies seem to be plugging this job, looks like it is difficult to fill the places.
Anybody with past experience on the Technip system?

    Cheers
