September 28, 2007 at 4:21 pm #13418luckyjim37ParticipantIt is not always so simple T Some people like what they know others are sceptical about new companies/agencies and most people are working now so only a few will jump ship but a lot will go on mass to a different company.
That leaves the dross and trainees traineees are the future so I will not diss them but some of the dross can destroy the agencies reputation with the HR departments who are sourcing the pilots.
There will always be a few people looking to move around but with the current skill base shortage and excessive amount of companies/agencies springing up or diversifying into the offshore game there will now be shortfalls in all catagories of the ROV spectrum.

like i said before, stick with the big boys and you wont get *ucked over, why bother with fly by night companys?
all that will happen is you will running the show night and day with three numpties who know bugger all, worse if they are italian and all "look at me i have done 3 hours and know it all"
stick with the big boys guys, you know its the way forward!
November 12, 2007 at 2:48 pm #13420bburns-mansellParticipantHi h20mrv,
Sorry to disappoint you but I will be around for a long time to come. I am not as you put it "fly by night company".
A quick question if I may, how do you think the so called bigger boys came about to start off with? Yes, I can understand that Mansell, are fairly small in this sector, but we are not as you put it " a fly by night company". We have been established since 1990’s and have both a glowing reputation from both clients and candidates.
Best Regards,
Ben Burns
