Recently I have seen, with ever increasing dismay on my part, the childish crap written by some members. Action will be taken if it continues.

No! I’m not God, nor am I a Policeman, but I do expect the members around here to act like adults and not school kids.

Have a laugh by all means but name calling, general taunting and attempts to start flame wars will be acted upon without a second thought.

In simple terms.. offending accounts will be deleted without warning.

Fair enough…it is difficult to promote such a worth while site when some clients have a peek and are confronted by such childing shite…….being taken serious is mandatory if this industry is going to experience consistant day rates one would think.

its a bummer but I think that most fourms sway toward childish coments and general sillyness, I guess its easy to say your lot when you are 1000s of miles from your target.

Trolls and rude characters are a sad feature of many forums , they need strong moderators , this is a work related forum and should be a serious site tyo promote and benefit the future wellbeing of the members.

After my short spell in the industry, I decided I was really a land lubber, so I move back to the beach to work on metering and allocation systems instead. I regularly return to the site, as it provides me with many a chuckle 😆 , and the banter is really no worse than what I experienced offshore.
Keep it up guys, and keep it real, and maybe one day you just might persuade me to venture back into the industry (if it will take me).

Hi James long time no see

Yes for many months all I have seen on this site has been spam and topics nothing to do with Rov .
Not sure what happen after they changed the format of the site but we seem to missing allot of the old topics . The heart of this web site since the sell off has been has been ripped out and and replaced with spam , What ever happen to the Admin and the Moderators as the spam just seems to stay on the site and not removed .

If you dont have the time then ask for others that do . Other wise I dont see much point in running this site . This site was so good in the years gone pity to see it now in this state .
