Has anyone ever come across Nordic offshore UK?..I think they are based in the UK and are involved with windfarms and cable work.They have posted a couple of times on ROV looking for people for various positions..
Ive sent my CV to them a number of times and not a reply..Dont expect a job from them but they could at least have the decency to confirm receipt of my CV..anyone heard of this Mob?

Hiya Surf,

There are a few Nordic Offshore who don’t seem to specialise in purely ROV, rather all types of Engineering. If this is the case they may be a smaller office therefore don’t honestly have the time to send replies to absolutely all unsuitable people.

It’s not in their defence but from the Agency POV we get literally THOUSANDS of responses to adverts along with unsolicited/speculative emails – if we all spent all day replying to these emails we wouldn’t get anyone a job 🙂

Have sent my CV twice and had a reply (no job yet). They probably get 4 million replies from 3999991 who are not suitable. Its not a nice job telling someone to go away. So maybe a CV adjustment is required.

I have worked for them quite a bit and are a good company as regards paying ontime and getting me work.
