Why do these companies and their agencies try this on all the time!
Come on guys lets try to get this mess sorted, before our rates start to get dragged down again. You know who the companies and agencies are please pick up the phone and dob ’em in.

They try it on because, in some parts of the world, they can get away with it. For that reason, the lesson learned is try it on in the first instance until they are pulled into line. In some countries that never happens.

I am pleased to note that in Oz that offenders are being brought to task for illegal actions. I strongly believe all companies should act legally and within the spirit of labour agreements whether they are enshrined in law or not.

These mobs should be heavily fined a nominal sum for every single non resident/legal entrant. Habitual offenders banned from tendering etc otherwise they will continue to try it on.

You don’t want it turning out like the UK do you?!!
