Either way is good for me. But, conversely how much are we worth? One mans fortune is another mans pittance.
So, here we are. What would you say a good pilot tech is worth? Day rate only mind you. We have all seen companies offering excellent money and then they go under and other companies offering a low rate but have loads of regular work. Cutting between the aforementioned and trying to add reason to the logic, ask yourself the question. How much would YOU pay a pilot tech if you were a Supervisor who had the power to hire your own guys and control a budget.
Please note you can’t scrimp on the employment budget to have the gucci new OTDR that does the reterm for you or to fund the management team building exercise quad biking in ABZ (and getting leathered on Union Street after).
