Be careful in Russia. Very careful. Espesially when going through customs or when you may be unfortunate enough to have any contact with the police, they are the biggest crooks in the CIS. Carry enough cash to get customs off your back as they have even been known to take "clients – ie travellers" to the ATM to collect their "fees".
The same goes with "bar hostesses" 1 hour means one hour…. a minute more and there’s a knock on the door with a hand or 2 out asking for full nite rate.
