A little off topic but, by way of comparison between ROV and Diving, here are the latest (as in just released) very structured and clearly defined Divers pay rates, complete with holiday element, training allowance, safety gear allowance etc.
The published RPI figure is 4.6% and including the 1.5% will give an overall increase of 6.1%
