i have written a manual on Fiber optic tricks and troubleshooting which includes focal 903 and focal 907,called
"ROV Fiber optic for dummies"

I have manufacture manuals as well but it will not be of any use as its one of the worst manuals i have ever read in terms of technical explanation.

Manual written by me also includes how to use OTDR to find out loss on particular connector and finding kink in tether or umbilical and certain other tricks which i learned over time.
